Read that the trunk on my facelift W212 is composite so I am wondering if I can use a trunk mounted bike rack. Not really interested in a hitch and I have had roof racks. Too much drag, too much wind noise and it is not the nicest look. Don't carry the bikes all that much but two road bikes are too much for the trunk with the seats folded.

Anyone have good experience with this?

IF NOT, I see the Curt hitch does not work on the Sport version of the E350. This true????
