Who's old enough to remember this?

Calling something an E ticket or an E ride was a very high compliment?

Appropriate for our W212 E Class

Either I am too young or need a little more context.

Must be too young. Over a certain age, no context needed!

2014 E550-sold 😩
E-ticket was the plane ticket you ordered "on line" and still printed to hand over at boarding. There was nothing electronic about it, other than you had to use electronics to create it. LOL

It is good I am too old for Diseyland. I bet you will need $1k per day for family of 4 at the park.

While technically true, not the correct answer to the question

I'll take Disneyland for $1000 Alex. Originally you had to present a ticket to ride an attraction at Disneyland, unlike today where the sky-high price gets you unlimited rides and no tickets are needed. Whenever I went to Disneyland way back then the E tickets were always used and most of the others were thrown away. As a Disneyland Club member you could get an entire book of E tickets for the same price that noob tourists were paying for the book with a mix of A through E.

Of course, way back then tickets were chiseled on stone tablets

I was in school before there was a Disneyland. How about that for old?

Have not been to Disney in Perhaps 5 years- not inexpensive. Plus it was so busy, with waiting on lines, even with fast pass, didn't get to go on more than a handful of rides a day. Still love Pirates of the Caribbean. Loved it in the 70's, love it now.
