Compass on screen
Hello,
Grateful if anyone can advise on this feature:
I'm outside of coverage by any MB map.
So don't use navi. But want compass on screen.
Therefore, in engineering menu enabled / activated / turned on all navi related options. After reset I got the compass (while the navi main screen saying I'm "Off map", part of screen being a map of some German area). Also my clock turned to Germany time by itself.
The problem is when next time I restart the car, compass says "function not possible...", the map area on Navi screen turns black and when I press controller it says "Map data does not match Comand....". Resetting does not help.
How to make compass work? I assume that there's some strange synchronization link bewteen compass -navi - clock - internet maybe, so how to set it up correctly in ENG mode?
