Device Unavailable after Helix/Match Install
2015 E400 with base sound system.
I installed a Helix/Match PP62 DSP with the matching subs, and it sounds fantastic! Problem is, the sirius now says 'Device Unavailable'. Also, the media interface will not recognize anything plugged in.
I have done the following:
-removed satellite fuse for 5 minutes
-removed battery cables for 30 minutes
-attempted to find the satellite brain, but no luck
I know I have a Loop failure due to the installation, but I do not know how to fix it. I have read that removing the satellite brain for 5 minutes and replugging will fix it, but I can't find it. Any help is welcomed!

Not sure about install details, seems as though control unit may have been removed from MOST loop or it needs to be reconfigured with MB Xentry dagnostic system if compatible. Attachments cover access for CU.

Quick question- I assume I should just unplug all cables from the unit and leave them unplugged for about 15 mins or so? Do you have a suggestion as to how long the module needs to reset itself?

Not certain it will reset, several minutes should suffice.
