I have not pulled the trigger yet but I just got a quote from Jeff Jackson (jjackson@tafelmotors.com) who sold me my CPO EW. He is offering 3 service for the E class at $1530 plus tax and $1145 plus tax for 2 services.

2010 E350 Luxury Sedan, Engine 272 (V6)
Down here in S.C., dealer charges about 250 for "A" and 550 for "B." B includes brake flush and cabin filter, but not trans flush or engine air filter. Air filter is 77 and trans flush is 525. I postpone some B services due to very low mileages.
Some people will say air gets into system, fluids get old, etc., but I have discussed with trusted SM at dealership and they say no problem waiting a year, maybe even two.
