Down here in S.C., dealer charges about 250 for "A" and 550 for "B." B includes brake flush and cabin filter, but not trans flush or engine air filter. Air filter is 77 and trans flush is 525. I postpone some B services due to very low mileages.
Some people will say air gets into system, fluids get old, etc., but I have discussed with trusted SM at dealership and they say no problem waiting a year, maybe even two.
