Replacing an Idler pulley on 09 E350
I'm replacing the upper idler pulley on my '09 E350. The new part came with a new bolt and washer. The bolt has a rubber washer on it that sandwiches the steel washer between head of the bolt and the rubber washer. Should I remove this or install it as part of the assembly?
