So I'm going to an upholstery car repair shop, to see if they can stitch my seat that is coming apart slightly at the seam. I'm hoping they could stitch it instead of replacing the bottom seat cover. I've been following many threads from the past few years or so on everyone else's issues and I hope I caught it before it becomes on unrepairable. Here it is
If the car is still under warranty M-B would replace the seat cover. If not, then see what a new bottom cushion would cost. Same thing with the wood interior trim.

Sorry to bring you a bad news but that rip cant be fixed. I just reupholstered my seats myself and i seen how its made. Even if they stitch it up it wont less long. Goodluck
