They both have similar options and mileage.
wanted to see what some things to look out for in each. Also do either of these cars have issues with front air struts? Notice that arnotts doesn't sell them.

This doesn't answer any of your questions and I'm not sure if you care, but just so you know I'm pretty sure the E-coupes are based on the previous generation C-class platform. The sedan isn't.
I have a 2012 E550 sedan and a common issue is the brakes/rotors wearing prematurely and causing warped rotors and a shimmy in the steering wheel. When you test drive them pay attention to that.
