W212 Heavy noisy start
Dear All,
My W212 recently felt very heavy after ignition and engine makes a lot of noise. It was only after turning off the A/C did the drive feel slightly better.
I have brought the car to a local authorised MB dealer to have it serviced, engined tuned and they replaced the engine mounts, transmission mount and the air filter.
To my suprise, not only the problems still persist, the noise got louder. The car feels underpowered and noisy, any one got the same issue? Please help.

what year is the car? model? mileage?
if it got worse , take it back in the dealership , and let them deal with it.
