Help with engine stopping when starting cold
I would like to take the car to the dealer, but the problem is almost certainly not going to reproduce at the dealer, hence please help with the following issue:
I do not use the car very often now - one every 1-2 weeks or so. The car is in a non-heated home garage, and when I turn the engine on, the engine will cut out after a few seconds (splutter out). I have to press on the accelerator for about 10 seconds, then it will work fine; i.e. engine will not stop.
Prior to this, I used to use the car daily, and I never had any issues. It is not a battery issue, as it starts right away (and the battery is new).
What is the most likely cause of this?

Also to add a minor tip. Every time you go to the car to try and start it make sure to record a video of what is happening on your phone. Therefore you can take a copy or send it to the SA at the dealership. This often helps when you can't replicate the actual issue once it gets to the dealer.

No leak that I can detect. Good idea about taking a video.
Getting rid of bad gas.... the tank is half full right now. How can I replace the fuel? Just mix it with fresh fuel? This happens every time I start the car now.

maybe throttle body needs good cleaning???!! my mom had that on her Nissan Murano. i cleaned it with some carb cleaner and it was perfect after that. Hope that will help
