this is newbie question. Is the Command screen supposed to stay on after the car has been turned off and locked for more than 5 minutes??? I went out to my car the other day after coming home and saw that it was still on... It had to be more than 5 mins since getting out of the car but it was on. Doesn't that waste battery??? What gives?

 

It shuts down afterba certain time or after you open the door.
so my guess is that you possibly turned it on when the car was off , and that left it running after the car was closed , and after some time 5+ min it turned off it self.
