Radio/sound system
I've seen a few carfax reports on pre-owened 2014 E350's and each one said that the "radio/sound system" has been reprogrammed. Is there an issue with the sound system in the 2014 E350. I just thought it was odd that just looking at a few random carfax reports on random E350's, all showed that the radio/sound systems were reprogrammed. Any insight?

The dealer probably just updated the software. It happens.

2010 E350 Luxury Sedan, Engine 272 (V6)
Probably every infotainment system in every car over last 10 years has required one, if not multiple, software updates. Nature of the beast.
