Free MB wiper blades

Econ 101: no such thing as a free lunch.
I am not spending time to drive to the dealer, sit and wait, then get the list of everything that they think is necessary for me to address ...all for a set of "free" blades. Which, BTW, I can order at modest cost online and have arrive at my front door. I'm going with option B

perfect timing!
I just bought my e350 last week and the only thing that I know is wrong are the streaking wiper blades. I also wanted an MB dealer to look it over, since I bought it elsewhere so, this works out great. Thanks!

Got it done yesterday, completely free. Dealership I took it too, Silver Star in Long Island City, is offering a free 27 point inspection and they had no issue honoring the wiper promotion.
This was good timing for me since I wanted to check the car to see if it was ok after hitting a pothole awhile back, and my wipers were leaving streaks. New wipers solved the streaking problem.

Just made the cutoff, lol. Called on Wednesday, got an appointment today (3/31). Went to Fletcher Jones in Fremont, the service advisor I had was very friendly and professional. He asked me if I even wanted to have the multi point inspection done or just the wipers. I asked for just the wipers and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.

Sort of, I was just going to waste their time and mine if I did, I wouldn't have said yes to any upsales they'd try. My dad has like 35 years of experience with Mercedes and he owns his own shop now so I just go to him for service.

Ahh ok I can dig it. Sometimes, I just go to their free clinics/free inspections just to see what they come up with. It also allows me to keep a paper trail of items that may need attention.
You already have the hook up so you don't need it.

Boy I didn't think they'd be so popular. I got the Neoform last time, they're still working fine, haven't had to switch to the 2nd set I got. Anyway, if you want to go nuts and save an extra 5%, rockauto always has a discount code you can find on retailmenot.com, current code is 5746561351251401 and you just put in in the how did you hear about us box.

If you want to do a story on how MB is not owning up to the faded wood issue by not calling it to customers attention so they can avoid replacing it before the customer's factory warranty expires, then I'm your huckleberry.
If folks actually read any of my posts, they'd know I am not a reliable source

I know not everyone if a fan of the MB OEM wiper blade. But how much can it hurt if they are free.

Saw this on slickdeals and then also noticed the forum announcement at the top. Posting this thread so it can get a little more notice. Got the email within moments of submitting. Haven't gone to dealer yet, but I will give it a shot this week.

Are these advisable? if so, what sizes should I buy?
Currently I use RainX, so, One manual wipe every few mins, as the water already don't stay on my windshield at higher speeds anyway.
So, just wanted to bag the deal.

I think they would have been ok, but we're outta luck, ours are 24" and they only have the sizes mentioned. Either 21 or 28, nothing in between. I suppose you could try the 21" ones if you had to.
Rockauto still has those Trico wiper blades on clearance, $2.22, but shipping is high. Use the 5% off code on retailmenot.com to save an extra 11 cents a wiper....

still looks like a good deal.
I don't think facelifted W212 will get free wiperblades anytime soon. So, I'll grab a couple of these from RockAuto.
Thanks Alpha.
