MAF? Throttle flap?

Ok so my w212 e200 cdi diesel is giving me 1 wrong code with OBD2 - Its p2074..... And there is no leakage.

When I dig deeper into the fault it says my MAF sensor is implausible on readings. Then my BOOST pressure is DEACTIVATED. So BOOST pressure is MAP SENSOR? And does MAP sensor DEACTIVATE if MAF is failing?
I went to the dealer and they said it MOST likely is the Throttle Flap not opening fully.... With throttle flap not opening fully would this give fault on the MAF sensor? And can I get p2074 ONLY if its the maf sensor?

Nope, MAF=MAF; Boost pressure sensor=Boost Pressure sensor-----both measure and do no control air flow or pressure
