Pre Paid Maintenance and Wiper Blades
At the August 2016 B Service, I was told the the wiper blades were not replaced as they were fine.
When making an appointment for the A1 service, I was told wiper blades are a wear item and not included.
When I go to MBUSA's Prepaid Maintenance coverage, it says an A (and B) service includes wiper blades.

Does anyone know for sure and/or have a copy of the pre-paid agreement?

Here is a copy of PPM agreement that I got this January. It indicates wiper Blades are covered by the contract.
BTW, my dealer actually changed wiper blades while performing A service, even though these are not listed as required in the maintenance manual. Can't complain for doing it.

Thank you Dan and Spooky for your replies with attached files. They're exactly what I was looking for. I hate having to police service advisors but so be it. I am a lifetime MB driver and do know my way around.

I just finished a 3 pack of services under a PPM that I bought 2.5 years ago. The 3 services were performed at 2 different dealers in my area. Each time I was told wipers were not included because they are recommended items according to the maint. schedule for my 2011.
Perhaps terms have changed since I bought mine. I did notice that the terms posted above by Spooky are for the premier PPM that you have to purchase for new car before 1st service. Mine was not the premier.
