Any precautions for Prospective W212(2013) Owner?

Hello Guys,
My name is Raj,
Planning to get a 2013 E350, 4matic, with AMG sport package. It has 56k miles on it, no warranty. for 19kUSD.
I'm planning to request the owner to take it to a merc dealer, get it inspected by dealer, and if it passes, I'll pay for the inspection, since, it might be out of warranty, I will not pay for the car or the inspection, if it fails, and I'll walk away.
Anyway, do I need to know anything beforehand before buying this car?
Any known issues? I'll contact the dealer for recall info. using the VIN, but, would love to hear from you guys, in regards to other problems which comes due to usage.

It has "lane departure warning system" does it mean, it comes with adaptive cruise control and automatic braking as a single package or all of them are separate packages?
What comes in AMG Sport package?

Were these sudden automatic accelerations issue got fixed? If any of those problems occur after warranty expires, how will MB handle it? Should we need to pay for it, even if it is a known issue?

Thanks in advance.
