The vehicle started developing some rattle noise near driver side wheel well, when going over bumps and bad roads.
Turns out, the sway bar is broken and covered under ELW.
They don't have the part in hand and no loaner, so, I have to go back again.
Also, the SA mentioned the firmware updates are not available under ELW.

How did you ask about firmware updates? If you just mentioned firmware updates, they typically won't do them. But if you mentioned specific problems that you were having, they'd update the firmware to fix them. I think there's been updates to bluetooth, keyless go and maybe a few other subsystems. I think you have to mention the subsystem and see if it's covered or not. It probably is, they just won't do it under a general firmware update request.
Just an optimistic feeling they brought back the 17 or 19 mph camera access compared to 10mph.
which IMHO, pretty stupid at 10mph.
We usually look for parking and activate the camera between 10-15mph, atleast I do. I want the old feature back.
