Additives
I feel my 2014 w212 4M is loud( motor).
Does not have any knocking sounds or anything like that, just loud.
The vehicle is responsive, handling is fine.
1. Should I do MAXX fuel treatment? Or SEAFOAM, fuel treatment.
Just adding it to fuel.
2. Should I do Seafoam fuel and throttle treatment?
3. Add half quart of STP engine oil treatment?
Engine oil was changed by Nissan dealer, at 42,xxx with synthetic blend, currently at 43,700.
I'll upload HD version once I go home.
Thank You, in advance.
FYI - I Put A STP high mileage fuel treatment a week or so ago and it caused a CEL for about 2 days. I ran my OBD and got an Evap code specifically P2422 purge canister stuck open/closed. I had this happen before awhile back so I knew it was not a major issue. I didn't fill up the tank all the way causing the sensor to notices my gas was running really rich. I filled it up all the way afterwards and drove it hard for about 20 miles and it went away.

Also, don't have Nissan touch your Mercedes even for a oil change.

I used to use Techron or Lucas on my 08 FZ6, which takes 89 or lower fuel.

Bring your Mercedes to your local dealer and ask them to perform a full Mercedes inspection. Also ask the Mercedes dealer:
1: Is there a prepaid service/ maintenance left on your E350.
2: When does your 2014 E350 factory bumper to bumper warranty expire ( usually is 4 years, 50,000 miles) and I would consider buying extended warranty since your Mercedes was not certified by Mercedes thus you don't have the CPO warranty which adds a extra year warranty on top of your bumper to bumper factory warranty.
It is very important to have your local Mercedes dealer check your car from head to toe. Do not trust a Nissan dealer for a Mercedes vehicle period.
Best of luck.
I for one take the Murano just to Nissan but never the Benz. If you don't want to go to a dealer at least take it somewhere that specializes in foreign cars. Good luck.

Spent additional $2500 on ELW from MB from Jason Keebaugh, Anaheim, CA.
I'm from Charlotte, NC, I'm the 3rd owner.
[1] The report was on a printed paper, with my VIN(which can be edited), but when I asked the MB DEALER to give me the report, that Nissan paid for the inspection, MB dealer refused to provide, since, I didn't pay for it.
Now, for the inspection, do I need to pay for it? Since, it is under warranty, shall I leave it?
Also, I recently got the Command, updated to the latest firmware, under warranty.
Here is the updated URL with HD audio, 00:07 seconds.

Now, when it comes to fuel. I usually use Exxon or Mobil, because they are the best for 89, and another feature from those gas stations is that, I can use SpeedPass+ app to pay for the fuel, no need of physical credit card. Now, I'm planning to move to Shell.

Hope someone test these again and add Costco, etc.,
No, they mentioned it is a blend, and not full synthetic, so, I don't believe it is up to MB specs. I'm just putting some miles to break in, in my driving style and put over 1000miles since May 1st. So, when I take it to the dealer, this week, for Command firmware upgrade, I'll get the oil changed in MB.
What kind of tires are they? how much tread left on the tire?
I would not bother with seafoam, you don't have a carburetor in the MB. That sound is not from dirty injectors either, so don't bother with injector cleaners? What kind of oil and filter did the Nissan dealer use? What octane gas are you using?

Bridgestone Potenza re97as; 9/32 or something.
IDK the filter, but oil is a Synthetic Blend.
I used supreme or whatever the top from Exxon, that was my first fuel-up after buying the car.
A couple more exxon visits, then will switch to shell for few more, to see the difference, myself.

I would ask MB for the recommended tires for your car. Some of the worst "growl" I've got from an S class has come from sets of tires that were not oem for my car.
This is definitely not road noise. You might not be able to pick up from the video, but, FYI, the windows are rolled up, I should've showed in the video.
I have used Techron on my old Mercedes, but got better results with BG44. I don't think an additive for your car is necessary at this time. I also would not be too concerned about the synthetic oil in the car at the moment, but if it bothers you, get it changed at the dealer.
It is just that, I'm pretty sure, I can tell the difference* between road noise and the noise form the engine bay.
Definitely Oil change is what I thought first, so, I asked your experience with engine oil additive.
BG44 is a new brand for me, I'll do more research. I like to use them on every other 2-3 tanks or after a long weekend trip with gas stations that are not consistent along my trip. (Old habit from my motorcycle and other vehicles).
The fuel treatment is because, I don't know how the previous owners maintained it, so, I just wanted a small healthy dietary supplement

*I know you guys are helping me, please don't get offended by that statement.

Those tires have a few noise complaints in TireRack reviews:

Sounds can play tricks on you, if your car has a sport mode or manual shift auto, I would try to get the rpm up high at city speed, under 30 MPH, and if it still makes the same noise, then its not the tires.
