2015 E400 and 2015 GLK350
We have both the 350 (a GLK) and 400 (E400). Actually, they are both great daily drivers. The 350 is, all in all, a near-transparent easy-driving effortless cruiser. The 400 can be either a smooth cruiser or a bare-knuckle bruiser, depending upon the setting of the mode switch. 'E' for Easy economy, 'S' for the big, Stupid grin it pastes on your face when you punch it.

2014 - W212 - E400 ( M276.820, 3 liter Turbo) RWD not Hybrid
I think E400 3 liter bi-turbo M276 DELA 30 intended design by MB engineers is geared for brisk comfort driving first and foremost. Approx 5.5 second 0-100KM/H is decently quick.
Its not a brutal engine, it is very civilized/comfy. I mean civilized as in : this is not a turbo that kicked-in at 3,000 - 6000 RPM type, but instead this is a turbo for low RPM boost.
If anyone driven cars like Subaru WRX , I am sure they would understand a turbo starting at 3,000 RPM is not a comfy turbo.
If I were not to know it is only a 3 liter and has bi-turbo, I might be fooled to think that this is a normally aspirated and significantly bigger than a 3 liter car for low torque fun factor.

Due to crazy traffic jam in my city, I always use E ( economy ) mode, where it rolls from dead stop using 2nd gear. In S ( sport ) mode is uses 1st gear and too much torque, because most cars in my city
are 1.5 liter and they take off very slow from dead stop. The slow speed and creeping quality is very good for this engine with 7G Plus transmission.
I know it sound odd that I need to value the car performance on how good it can do super slow creep , but that is what I have to live with 95% of the time on the road.
I am getting average 21 KM per hour only so far as average speed for the last 5,000KM and that is with combined highway driving.

This car weight + engine + G7 Plus combo is decent and fun for 0-180 KM/H or in between those speed, which is more than enough for average user, unless you are in autobahn Germany.
As I am now 51 years old, I actually like a car if 4 doors, to be as quite as possible with least or zero sporty exhaust noise, boy I am glad this E400 exhaust system is very quiet.
In my country this car is called E400 AMG by MB Indonesia. I call it a fake AMG
I am also fortunate to be on 18" wheel , as a 19" inch would be a more harsh ride and probably more bent wheel/rim for my city use.

I removed my E400 badge. I want people to think this is the smaller engine E200.... LOL.
