UPGRADE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FROM 2010 E63 TO 2015 E63

I need help if anyone knows if I can upgrade instrument cluster from 2010 w212 e63 amg to 2015 w212 e63

Yes, it can be done. But will cost a lot. You will need to have a very experienced person that knows the electronics of both cars and is willing to put in the hours to do the change.
