Tire Rotation Included in 40K Service?
I just had my 40K service done. Surprisingly, they didn't rotate the tires. (I have same size all around with same pattern run-flats) Is this something to do with the run flats or something unique MB that prevents them from being rotated?

It is part of the recommended section, not required. So unless your dealer packages it in the price, it would be separate. If you have PPM, some dealers might include it or something like wipers (also recommended, not required) at no extra charge but that varies. No dealers around me include it.
