2010 E550 P2 w/AMG Sport Package + Pano, 2015 Nissan Pathfinder
I've used several from STP, Lucas,or Techron etc. Most people I know swear by Techron but I personally think they're all relatively the same. However last time I used 1 about a month ago a got a CEL since I didn't fill up the tank when using it. I filled up the next day and WOT a few times and it went away. Seems to be a sensitivity issue with the sensor if you don't full up.
I forget the code off top but it was the purge canister stuck open/closed code. I hope this helps a tad atleast.

I have used BG44K on my old Benz with very good results.
With modern gas/petrol and if you drive the car on a regular basis, I don't think these treatments would help. With ethanol in the gas/petrol and not driving regularly, it would make sense.
