W212 muffler on W212 E550
After watching Youtube autotestsservice's E550TT outfitted with a E63TT's exhaust (cat back), I think I'll like to do the same for my E550TT.
Does anyone know how complicated this is, in terms of how much I should expect to pay someone to do this (or if I can even do this in my own garage, with hand tools)? Is it a direct fit without any need for modification? I know that autotestsservice's E550 still has the stock E550 exhaust tips, and I'll like to do the same if possible, to keep the sleeper motif.

Not complicated at all. Pipes are larger on the 63 but that's it. Note - the 2010 - 11 E63 muffler has dual pipes out of the rear with tips that are welded on while the 2010 -11 E550 muffler has single pipes and tips which aren't welded so the stock 550 tips wont fit perfectly without modification. Not sure about other years.
