E class 350 4matic 2015 white or Cls 550 Rwd 2012 white
BTW, CL'S' means S-Class? vs E-Class?
How many miles do you put everyday? Both are Similar MPG anyway.
How many people usually get in and out of your vehicle(how big is the family?) to calculate space.
Now, what are the interior features that you might be having or missing? Like any safety features? comfort features? Don't worry about aesthetics, you can upgrade later down the road.
Just a reminder, German cars are an elephant to feed, and both are white in color, they are white elephants to feed

I would ask you to think about the 350 with warranty and 4matic, but, again, there is 100'ish hp that you're missing. Do you need that everyday? Are you really missing that out? It is fun to have it when needed, but, what kind of driver are you?
I liked the look of the CLS than the E-Class, but, don't like the road noise it generated down the down, due to coupe. check in that forum, whether they have any problems with that frameless windows.
That is one additional electronic thing (to break) when compared to E-Class.

). I just like that everyone knows there's an E350 and E63, no one really knows about the E550 in the general population. When I get stopped to talk about the E550, it's always like 'what is an E550, I've never even heard of it.' Then I tell them it's more like a little brother to the E63 at a fraction of the cost and they seem impressed. To the OP - if you found a 2014 E550 with literally every option and 27k miles for $38k I think that's a decent price if it's CPO.

I think that is going to increase more as the prices come down. For my year you can get one for 10-15k with high miles.

When does the 4yr/50k factory warranty expires(based on the first sold date)?
If it is from a dealer, look for another thread, someone is buying a car and asked what we need to ask for, before delivery. Hope that might help; like make sure you got both the keys, new tires, oil change and a couple of services for free etc.
If it is not from a dealer (which I didn't read the whole thread), make sure, you get a 168+ point inspection from Mercedes dealer, which costs around 200$ for a priceless peace of mind.
Good luck.
