I succeeded to get answer from the local MB dealer after two calls and long waiting times. Fuse Allocation list could be found from spare wheel space! Luckyly the previous owner probably not needed the spare wheel...
The problem of the sliding roof still existing, no reset or programming available.

Did you try the "sunroof reset" procedure?

This is for W211 but I can't imagine its different for our cars. Worth a try.

I tried the resetting according to this video, but not yet positive results... So the sliding roof window doesn't stop at "zero point" (closed position) but continues up or backwards. I have seen also discussion about the motor and a white reset button in the motor, but I don't know if that is valid in this W212. However the sun curtains under panorama cannot move anymore, but those can move only when this roof window is closed properly... This problem started when I touched accidentally this roof window button during last winter, when there was ice on the car's roof and temperature about - 15 Celsius... By the way, where could this motor for this sliding roof window? And could the factory reset help this or does it cause more work for different retunings...?

Motors seem to locate above the interior mirror, but I have not dared to try to open those covers etc. At least we try to check if reprogramming will work during next service session...

Now my panorama roof window in MB E350 CDI 4Matic and the curtain works. Needed a specialist having MB's Star service program. The re-programming sosts were 50 Euros...
