Thinking about purchasing this. what should i offer? price i think is bit too high for 2014 even with options and mileages.
What do you guys think?

Price seems a bit high. It also doesn't show the build date. I believe the 2014's had some structural changes after a certain build date (1/2014?) that improved the front crash safety.

2014 E350 4M Diamond Silver
Is any of the other features important? Like distronic plus, massage seats multi contouring seats, LED interior lighting etc? Or you're looking for a simple 4matic with rear entertainment package?

What little old lady drove this thing? I would worry about the low miles, personally. Offer $10K less.

Theres a finite amount of S212's CPO's available compared to the W212 sedan. If you have a dealer you feel comfortable with, I would ask them to look for what you would like. Dealers can buy vehicles from M-B Financial before they go to auction.

Whistleblower, thanks for opening up this topic. And thanks to the wise Sage’s that have brought forth their comments on this model of M-B. The extended insurance/CPO is always a great idea and one I’ve used over the years to save me a lot of $$$$.$$ in unscheduled maintenance.
I as well am looking at the 2011-2013 wagon myself as a possible to replace my aging ‘06 V70R.
I guess what I am most interested in is even though ANY car I was serious about I would pay for the complete M-B dealer to perform a full inspection, where are some of the most prominent/common issues these AWD wagons have? Engine, Trans, AWD, Suspension?
I understand that Anyone should buy the newest car they can afford and even stretch it. BUT, if one of these wagons has full regular OEM dealer service, and has had the “wear’ items replaced during the first 80k miles by the dealer. In theory these cars should go 200k before its recycled to the yard if its had regular maintenance and also a few unscheduled items dealt with, yes/no??

We need something bigger with a 3rd row that can sit more than just little kids. My oldest son is starting middle school and shuttling around his friends and teammates is becoming more difficult as they are outgrowing the 3rd row in the wagon. We're looking at replacing it with a GLS possibly.
