My sun visor won't close at all, at first the roof was giving me issues not closing all the way , had to play around with it and the visor worked. Dealership had it reset fixed it. Now it's happening again, but bigger issue is the visor won't move at all. I attached video and manually pulled visor to show. I have tried resetting it based on other posts. 5 second rule etc
