I purchased a used leather driver's seat for my 2011 E350, and was surprised to find that it's actually a Multicontour seat. To my surprise, I haven't found any retrofit guides for pre-facelift models.

Does anyone know how much hassle it would be to make the Multicontour seat fully functional?

 

I'm attempting this very retrofit on the passenger side. Seat is on the way. I imagine you'll need pump, coding, modules, etc. Perhaps the donor vehicle can supply you the requisite parts? Coding will definitely be necessary. Unfortunately I haven't found any guides either so perhaps we will be the first. Good luck!
