Vibration through steering wheel when heater fan on full

Hi all,

I've done a search and can't find anything.

On my 2012 E350 sedan V6, I'm noticing a vibration coming through the steering wheel when the car is stationary and the heater fan is running at the higher speeds.

Any ideas please?

Thanks,
Sime

Mileage? But off top of my head I'd say motor/trans mounts. Have those checked out as they tend to wear out and cause vibrations in the steering wheel.

Thanks for the reply!

The car only has 18,000 miles of city driving on well-paved, high quality roads.
