Buying new wheels

Where can I buy these 19'' wheels at good price. and what offset should I get?? I do not want the rims to be sticking out of the wheel well.

The term 'good price' is relative. Those wheels were the forged, $1,790 option wheel on E63s for a couple years.

My car came with them, and they were removed in favor of new wheels. I was offered $2,500 for the set and turned it down. Maybe you'll find a set on eBay or Craigslist. Sometimes they pop up in the classifieds of this site.

With respect to fit, the E63 sizing will work fine. The E550's front fenders are narrower than those of an E63, so the E63 front fitment will look perfect.
