Roof color fade.
Is this covered under warranty. Seems like the top black paint started to come off.

This is a good question since paint isn't technically a wearable. So I'd assume it would be handled similarly to the faded wood which is covered under warranty if I recall correctly.

I would definitely fight that...faded paint on a Mercedes-Benz is unacceptable.

But then again, there are other variables: What year is your vehicle? What type of detergent do you use to wash it? Do you park it in the sun or garage? Do you ever wax it?

OP states his E550 is a 2011 and unless it was bought new in 2013, its out of warranty.
