Of course you do. Start your car, push the fog light button, then walk around to the rear of your car and stand back and look at the tail lights. Notice any difference from one side to the other? Is one side brighter?

From an internet search:
"In Europe and other countries adhering to UN Regulation 48, vehicles must be equipped with one or two bright red "rear fog lamps", which serve as high-intensity rear position lamps to be turned on by the driver in conditions of poor visibility to make the vehicle more visible from the rear."

What's the point of asking stupid questions when your car came with a manual? Get out your reading glasses and stop wasting time here.

Your car likely has a single red fog light in the left rear, near the trunk, which is a brighter red than the tail lamps. It could be that your light does not work or you don't know specifically what to look for.
PS the fog light is on the back only, no 'fog lights' forward facing as in driving lights.
