2012 E350 output volume on music

2012 E350 output volume on music

came on here hoping someone could help. I have a 2012 e350 and for the first time in 4 years owning it I have a issue. As of yesterday, all my music output volume is slightly lowered. It initially started only on music streamed through Bluetooth via YouTube. It is still loud but I know it can go louder even though everything is turned up to the max as usual. Like the beat doesn't hit as hard as usual and the sound itself isn't loud. Initially I thought it was my phone but now the same is happening to my iPod that's connected through the aux port and siri radio. So it's still loud but it feels as if something is holding it back of being louder as it was before this started. I checked the settings in the car screen and everything is turned up as usual. The Bluetooth volume on my phone is max . All the speakers work. Anybody have any ideas what's going on?
