Seat-back restricted travel range
I own a 2012 E350 Coupe with Multicontour option. My driver's seat-back has recently begun to suffer from a restricted range. The range is from fully reclined through very reclined. It will not return to a normal driving position. Tried holding the contol button for several seconds, at each end of current movement range, to no avail. Would really appreciate a solution.
