Sunroof tilt stuck open, can't close it. 2010 E350 sedan (W212)

Hello everyone, I have a 2010 E350 sedan and yesterday I opened the sunroof to tilt position and now I can't close it, if I push up the sunroof switch I hear a motor noise like if it makes two turns but nothing moves, if I pull down switch to try to close it nothing moves and no noise, if I push switch toward the rear (like when you want to open wide the sunroof) same noise but nothing moves. the noise I hear is not a grinding noise and it last like one second.
Is there any way to manually close the sunroof?
any instructions on how disassemble to look at motor or sunroof mechanism?
I'll appreciate any help, thank you!

There is no way to manually close it that I am aware of. Unfortunately, you will need to get it into a shop.

On my old c230, you could access the drive motor with a special tool that would allow you to turn the gearing to close it if for some reason it failed in the open position. A quick google search looks like it is still that way, but I did not see any specific w212 references. Back in the day, MB used to be quite complicated and convoluted in how it controlled things like window travel. Rather than use limit switches, it measured current draw on the motor and used the ECU to remember these settings which meant that if the battery was disconnected for any time, it was a pia to try and reset everything so the computer knew the limits again. Since I have never had to fix anything on this car yet like that, I havent figured out if they have moved beyond that approach. At least they got away from using vacuum to operate all the locks....

That stinks OP. Have you tried having someone apply slight downward pressure to the rear edge of the glass while applying the switch to try to close it? At least you wouldn't have to park with it open all the time until it's fixed.

Thank you all for replaying, I'll try to apply some pressure to try to close it while holding the switch.
Any other suggestion will be appreciated.
