MB doesn't do software updates. You have to have a specific problem that they will then apply a software update to fix. They won't just update it because you ask for one. Last time they had a $100 off $200 service, I went in and had them update the comand, said bluetooth, sirius and keyless go was flaky sometime and they went ahead and updated it.
