Battery replacement info needed
After reading various comments on replacing your batteries on the car I have decided to replace my batteries myself. From what I have read you only get a 2 year warranty with MB doing the replacements. That is not acceptable. Batteries from battery suppliers give a 4 to 6 year warranty. I prefer that type of warranty. What I need to know is on a 2014 E350 what are the mfg numbers for the 2 replacement batteries. The main battery and the auxiliary battery. Also is there a specific type of battery needed for them. What do I need to search for to get the proper replacement. One other thing is does anything need to be reprogramed after replacement. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

I've got 90 months warranty on Bosch battery that I paid $96 for.
W212 remembers lot of settings and battery is easy accessible. I think only window and sunroof synch are needed.

I had my battery replaced by MB road side assistance. They said no programming necessary. They did not hook up an aux power source during the time the main battery was removed.
Everything worked as normal after new battery installed. Old battery had less than 5V when they measured it, so the electronics were not powered for a few days, and nothing was reset. All settings were still the same as before.

PepBoys has a 35% off special today, they have two Bosch main batteries that will fit. With discount, 130 and 143 for 720 or 850 CCA. If you have the 8cyl, then you need the 850. Both are AGM with full replacement 4 year warranty from Bosch.

If you have AAA, check their website and get them to replace it. Decent price ~$190 IIRC, but most importantly, it comes with a 6-year warranty. First 3 years = free replacement, pro-rated for the following 3 years. Even better, if you have to warranty an AAA battery, the replacement battery starts with a brand new 6 years (3/3) warranty. With the way the W212 works, you'll never need to buy a battery again.
