Turn signal timing erratic?

My '15 E350 had an unusual issue in that the turn signal timing was somewhat erratic. I don't know that most people would pick up on it, but it bothered the heck out of me. On a couple of times it really went wonky and would slow down to almost nothing. Has anyone else hit this or have any ideas why this would have happened?

2014 E550-sold 😩
I have never heard of this happening in a modern car. Back in the day (like 60’s) the turn signal flasher relay would cause things like that to occur. With the advancement of engineering that went away. Sounds like a dealer call is in order.

maybe the bulb is going bad? If the bulb is blown the blink rate would be faster.

The 2015 E350 with lighting package uses 100% LEDs for external lighting, so it's not the bulb. I've experienced it many times with this car, even had a video of it. MBUSA says, "operating as designed," While I've experienced other problems with loaner E350s (like the HVAC randomly going to full heat), I've never seen this problem in another E350.
