from the dealer, you are probably looking at about a $1000 to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors if they are feeling generous. Pads on average are about $250 per axle (installed) and rotors can vary (depending on model) anywhere between $40-1000 each, plus extra labor.

How many miles on the car? If it's the first set of pads, you may be able to get away with just replacing the pads instead of both pads and rotors. You'd have to measure them to see if you can do it, but many people report being able to do it and that's what I did on my last set of pads. The wear sensor typically goes off early enough that the pads don't end up chewing up the rotor. A pad slap is pretty cheap, I'd just flush the brake fluid afterwards too. The Akebono are pretty good, lot less dust and a little over 100 or so for the front and rear set.

Two things to note - if you are handy - they are easy to do, nothing special - I'd go for the Brembos - I got them for my E550 for $160 shipped for the pair for the front.
But note - you have a coupe - which I think take different rotors from the 4 door...BUT I could be wrong...
Cheers
