Maybe try another dealer, ask them to look at engine / transmission mounts if the car is running ok with no codes. I assume they checked driveline codes.
I'll readily admit that I don't let oil run to its full life, I change non synth at 5k and my MB now gets 7500 mile changes with M1. I'm up from 5k on it based on oil analysis that showed oil was almost new at 5k miles. Its your car of course but honestly 3k oil changes are excessive with almost any oil today. You could knock down 5k changes without any issues at all especially if you're using M1. I think most here go 10k per MB service recommendation.
