For now, I am driving 12 e350 diesel(engine name is om642)

The problem is the I can hear something weird sound.

I am not sure how can i explain this sound but it sound like air leak???? or something else

I don't know how to explain but it is something different sound.

Also, not sure where is coming from but i can heard very clear from both wheel house

I really want to know what it is
