CLS550 Brake Caliper on E350/550?

Can anyone verify that the CLS550 brake caliper fits on an e class? Ebay listing says yes, looking to have this verified by someone who has done it

They are VIN sensitive and therefore I would not purchase anything until checking with the dealer donut girl.

Just checked with a local dealer. They are compatible, no bracket necessary. Only the rear calipers would require a bracket.

2014 E350 Coupe
I have a 2014 E350 Coupe and the front rotors, calipers and brakes suck. Looking to upgrade. I saw somewhere online that the newer Mercedes use the bigger and better Rotors which apparently can pop right in and then one just needs to pop in proper brakes and 4 Piston Calipers from E550. Is this good or is there a better option?
