2013 E350
I've now moved two of my other vehicles from State Farm to Geico, a 1995 Mustang GT convertible and a 2007 Saab. This has reduced my Mercedes premium to $453 per year.
To summarize the yearly premiums just for the 2013 Mercedes E350:
- State Farm: $1358, with 100/300/50 plus comp and collision, and four other vehicles (and home) on policy
- Geico: $590, with 250/500/100 plus same comp and collision
- Geico: $453, with two other vehicles on policy
In fact, I am insuring all three vehicles from Geico, with higher liability limits and more collision than with State Farm, for $1258 per year, which is less than State Farm wanted just for the Mercedes alone -- and which is less than I was paying State Farm for just the Mustang and Saab.
If my Geico premiums increase after this first term, I'll report it here.
