Mercedes Benz W212 2013 (Facelift)
Probably your keyless go button is broken. Just pull out the start stop button and place the normal car key and switch it off. Heres a little video on how to do it.

Probably not related....my w211 started on its own and would not shut down as my front SAM module began to melt. Some how a short circuit began under the SAM module and fried everything. I ended up hunting down a module and splicing it in. I assure you it was pure magic that I fixed that.

2016 E350 4Matic wagon, 2019 Ford Expedition 4x4
has someone run a computer diagnostic on this car? these 212's have around 30 computers that talk to each other over a dozen different databuses...

Yeah, the ignition key module EZS (N73) has connections to the fuse box, the aux battery, the front SAM, the electronic steering lock CU, the neutral switch, and CANbus E/E1 & B. Meanwhile, that front SAM goes *everywhere*
