Just noticed this today
So I noticed this- center armrest’s material covering- vinyl or MB Tex, is slightly bubbled - this affects less than a 2” diameter. Anyone ever experience that? As this is cosmetic I would imagine my CPO warranty would not cover this. Have not experienced this. Maybe you can heat that area up with a cloth and iron and re-energize the glue? Poke a glue hypo in through the side to get some adhesive in there? Maybe there is an upholstery guru on here with some ideas for you, short of replacing the door itself.

There is a topic about it....
and i think what helped even me (temporary tho) is a heat gun.. heat it up and stick back together. the whole piece is kinda expensive if you were just gonna replace it. |

OP, just following the shadow line in the photo, is it happening on the other side as well?

That happened on mine a few months ago and was covered under ELW. They did ask to look at the general interior condition which was fine with me.

If you know someone that takes insulin with a needle you can ask them if you could have one needle. If you get one you can inject glue into the area that has risen. Then you can heat the area up and press it down. The added glue should hold it down. Try and make the puncture in an area that you do not see. I use this method to re-glue wallpaper.

I have it on both sides of my armrest
I will be watching this to see any advice. It has been bothering me for months...
