E550 Drivers Side Bottom Seat Plastic

Hey everyone..

1st post here and was hoping someone can help me out..

So the side of the drivers seat has a plastic piece that covers the side. It has broken and i have tried to epoxy it back on many times and it keeps coming loose..

Wondering if anyone else had this issue before.. Dealer said its only 60$ for a new one but I have no idea if this is a easy part to replace or even how to replace it ..

any help would be awesome

ive also had this piece pop out on me twice so far and i think its because im a heavy guy who often sits more on the left of the seat than the right. if you find a solution besides replacing it every 3 years itd help me too.
