Wrong brake pads?

Ordered rear brake pads for my 2014 E350 Sport. Got the wrong ones. The pads look right but the prongs that hold it in the piston are too big and won't fit into my piston. Can't make out the part number on my existing pads. How do I order the right ones?

I do have a very early 2014, so much that I have to order wiper blades from the 2010-2013 cars. Is this another holdover?

Pics attached.

Thanks,
D

They should be able to use your VIN to find the right part number.

Who matched the pad to the VIN?
Amazon is famous for having wrong EPC, but real MB dealer, like my favorite Husker will not make such mistake.
