Weird headlight shape after HID install?

2010 E350 4MATIC W212

I recently changed my headlights which were halogen to 55 watt Innovated HID kits 6k on Amazon (I don't see the 55 watt version on there anymore, only the 35 watt ones.) I noticed that there was a really ugly shape which my headlights were creating at the center. I tried to adjust it up and down and it did not fix it. However, I can not find anywhere how to adjust the projector headlights left to right, does anyone know? I also found that my right headlight (from inside the car) is more centered then the left headlight.

It really bothers me because its ugly AF and I have OCD so the fact that my headlights arent in a straight line is really pissing me off I can't handle seeing my headlights shining against a wall or something because I do not know how the light is creating like 2 bent horns in the middle that are pointed to the right,
Someone please help me.

Any idea what is causing this?
Any idea how to move projector housing left to right?

I installed a set off of amazon, and they’re perfect. The fill in is perfect, and the throw is at least a block long. Perhaps it’s the kit you bought? I also bought retainers that I cut to be able to bend around the wiring harness so I could preserve the factory ones. Here’s what I used.

None of these aftermarket HID or LED conversion kits are DOT certified, so it doesnt seem surprising that the light pattern doesnt look the same as with the OEM halogens. You can play with bulb placement and see if it makes a difference. I hope that the kit you got has a good seal to the housing as well, you don't want any moisture getting inside that headlamp assembly since it will cause the thin aluminum coating to oxidize and then you will really be mad when you see the cost of replacements. I recently had to replace bulbs in mine and it was absolutely no fun trying to get in behind that lamp assembly just to get the old ones out and new ones in.

I'm assuming that as mentioned above you installed a kit and left your oem headlights in place. I suspect one of the bulbs is misaligned, either you installed it a bit off center or the bulb itself has an issue. The electrode that runs the length of the bulb should be oriented in a specific position so that the energized bulb cast light in a specific manner. Maybe not completely technical but you get the idea.
I've had the Retrofit Source Morimoto 35w 6k HID kit installed for a long time (bulbs in stock halogen projector housings) and the beam pattern and cut off has been perfect . One of the best changes I've done. Yours should have similar results so I would go back and look at installation or components. Remember its not about the whiter light, its ensuring light spread is even left to right and that there is a visible cutoff from right to left , meaning the left bulb cutoff drops down to avoid lighting oncoming traffic. Right side is slightly elevated to view roadside. That's the benefit of using the existing projector housings (lenses). When I installed my kit I compared the halogen projector lighting with HID to actual E55 HID projector lighting and found the results were very close. I was satisfied with these results as I would not install HID into stock non projector halogen hpusings. Too blinding as mentioned in endless arguments about automotive lighting.
The comment about ensuring headlight bulb caps are intact is dead on, you must keep dust and moisture out of the housings. I've also thought the 35w application is better suited to low beam applications.

I agree with above...
could be that the bulb isnt sitting correct in the bulb housing or not tighten all the way.

also could be the bulb itself.
