Hi from the UK
Hi everyone.
Just purchased this E350.
In love with the car!
So..i’m curious to see if you guys know any of the common issues they have so i can get them sorted out ASAP.
The car had 64,000m
to me the gearbox seems a little bit jerky, and not very smooth like i had hoped? Thinking about a oil and filter change of the AT?
have a good day everyone

The gearbox issues might be fixed by an oil change.
The first thing I would try is resetting the adaptive learning program these slush boxes perform. Instructions here : https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...ml#post5786109
If that doesn't fix it, then consider ATF, if that doesn't fix it, look at mounts and the guibos/flex mounts/flex discs. Worst case scenario is worn out clutch packs, but that seems unlikely since your car only has 64k Km (or 64 km if you didn't miss a k in your op).
As for other issues, presuming you have the non turbo M272 engine, those usually have some PCV system leaks, camshaft sensors and actuators which can go bad, oil leaks, stuff like that, but nothing major. For the most part, presuming you're not a very unlucky person, the V6s are pretty reliable.
Your vehicle might have air suspension in the back, so that's another possible failure prone system (you're fine unless you get error codes or the back of your car sags after it's been parked for some time).
Take some time and read as much as you can on this forum, many of the common issues are presented here with plenty of detail.
Enjoy your MB!
i will give the adaptive learning a try - i own a diagnostic laptop myself with Delphi software,, plugged it in and did a scan but no fault codes etc,
i think its the 3.0 turbo diesel V6 model mine. (265bhp)
and as im in the uk the car reads in miles. So the car has roughly covered 104,000kms. Still drives good though 👍🏼.
i will be keeping an eye out on MBworld when i get chance!
Have a good day!
