14 e350 idle hesitation?
Hi Guys my uncle has a 14 e350 and says the idle seems off when accelerating, doesnt happen all the time. Is this common or anyone else experience this? like a 1-2 sec idle hesitation? dealer says normal... but doesnt seem like it. any help would be appreciated.

If you're accelerating, it's not idling, if you are at idle, you're not accelerating. So can you please clarify what the issue is?
Is he perhaps talking about the start/stop system that stops the engine when you are at idle and takes a second or so to restart the engine when you release the brakes or step on the accelerator? There may be a slight vibration as the engine restarts as well.
